Members receive 4 credits every 4 weeks, averaging one session per week. These credits can be used anytime within the 4 weeks, including all in one week. Credits renew every 4 weeks and expire if unused, with no carryover.

Membership automatically renews. After the 1-year contract period ends, if no notice is provided with a 4-week notice period, the membership will renew and convert into a 4-weekly contract, retaining the yearly subscription price. This 4-weekly subscription can then be terminated by providing notice, with the membership continuing for one additional 4-week cycle after the current 4-week period ends. Members can also choose to switch to another 4-weekly or annual subscription with a 4-week notice period.
